Bossier High school gave me an exceptional high school experience. The diversity and culture are amazing. The staff is very helpful when asked for advice or problem solving. They could improve the college preparations a little and they could improve in the organization of school clubs and activities. The have resources for anything you need as long as you ask for them. There could be more parental involvement, but that is not the schools fault. The academics are challenging at times.

I loved several of my teachers, the administrators in particular helped me evolve into the person I am today. Mrs.Tugwell, helped me as a person, the growth and strength she implemented in me was a life changing experience. At my school, I am apart of several committees; more importantly I am a student athlete, vice president of student council, secretary of national honors society, a member of talented arts and SADD club. Bossier High is a school that will give you a real family experience, your surroundings the chance that you get is just outstanding because they offer several scholarships. Other schools may frown down on Bossier High School because they judge not only the people that go to this school but the faculty and the academics. I went to Parkway for 2 years and when I switched to Bossier High I fell in love with everything about this school. It was truly a blessing and I hope that I have impacted my school to the fullest because anything is possible.
Bossier high school is in my personal opinion the best school. People see bossier as "ghetto" "a school that no rich child should go" "poor". But bossier is one of the only school that can give me the opportunities it has. With bossier im able to take college courses for FREE! At bossier I feel like my teachers and administrators are there to help me be successful. Principals know your name and who you are and what you dream to be. Being a bossier bearkat makes me proud and glad I went to such a school. I would love to see bossier have more people understand that it's not a bad school! And more students to join. Thank you bossier high for everything you have gave to me that will help me in the future!
