As a student in my last year at this school, I think I have a good opinion of Borah High School. Overall, this school is good.

I will have taken 10 AP classes by graduation, which speaks for the variety of classes that are offered here. That being said, the teachers (who are generally passionate at their job) do not have much to work with, in terms of learning materials aside from the essential textbooks. Unfortunately, most of the funding goes to sports, which are in a league of their own above everyone in this school. We may have two different gyms, but we still have cockroaches and mismatched tile flooring.

That being said, I am proud to say that alongside being a student at Borah, I am a part of a diverse community of students from all around the world here in Boise!

I like Borah! It's the only high school I've been to, so I'm not sure how it compares, but my experience has been good. I really like all of my teachers, they're all qualified and super nice. I love how diverse it is, there's so many unique cultures and languages spoken here. One downside is I feel like the average student doesn't have a ton of school spirit.
The teachers at Borah High are very kind and willing to help with any student's needs and questions. The AP classes are very useful when preparing for college. Each teacher focuses on specifics to allow the students to pass the AP exam. There is a great diversity among the school and many programs and activities are available for all interests at Borah. The building itself has a couple flaws because of the age of the building. The clocks in the classrooms and hallways rarely work. It would be more beneficial to the students if this problem was fixed. There are also some problems with water dripping from the ceilings. Many of the walls are cracked as well, but the age of the building doesn't stop Borah High from being a great school!
