What I enjoyed about Booth-Fickett Math/Science Magnet School were my teachers and all of the faculty and staff. I went to Booth-Fickett from kindergarten to eighth grade and I grew up with a lot of friends. My teachers were excellent, even though most of them have moved away. The faculty and staff were wonderful. The community there was almost like a second home, they were like family.

I liked how diverse the school was and I liked how in my eighth year we learned about being prepared for college. There was never day where our safety was in jeopardy. I remember our various events for the holidays, our school dances, our talent shows, and our last-day-of-the-school-year-agenda-signings. Parents could easily meet others and administration from PTA meetings.

When I attended this school, it had a lot of great teachers and staff, though there were a good amount of fights. My sisters who go there currently, say that it's gotten a lot worse.
I wish that the environment i was learning in was a bit cleaner, but overall I'm happy with education I received there.
