Spending almost four years at Bonita Vista High School I have experienced all there is to offer here. Academic wise, this school is great! Most teachers here are passionate about their jobs and are willing to put in extra time to help their student understand a subject or topic, I feel prepared to go into college and start the next part of my life. As for sports, our school does fairly decent. I personally wrestle, play lacrosse and both sports are funded well. My biggest concern for the school though, is the infrastructure. Bonita Vista High is an old school and due to this, many of the buildings are old and small. While other High Schools in our area have a stadium and track field, Bonita has a dirt track with some bleachers. But, despite all this school spirit remains strong and I am proud to attend Bonita, GO BARONS!

I honestly like this school. Everyone was relatively nice and although there were some wild and crazy freshmen, senior high life was still calming. I made great friends in my batch and some that were juniors and sophomores. One thing in particular that I liked about this school is that there were no signs of bullying or any kind of discrimination against each other. To me, the only improvement that this school needs is how to be happy. Although this school has been very quiet and calming which appeals to me, there were no school activities that were actually fun, exciting or memorable. To sum things up, I'm impressed with how kind the people at Bonita Vista High School are and how everyone I've talked with are very approachable. I'm quite glad to be in this school because of the calming environment, the open campus, the wild and funny students, kind teachers and the education it has taught me. Thank you, Bonita Vista High School!
I liked that Bonita Vista High School had numerous clubs that you could join such as writer's club, speech and debate, girls to women, boys to men, Christian club, and etc. I was in girls to women, which allowed young women to voice what was happening in their lives without judgement, just support. It allowed me to be open both emotionally and mentally. I also enjoyed the assemblies/school spirit, along with additional support through tutoring after school. I didn't like how the school has poisoned the minds of these students by teaching them without college or a high GPA, you will get nowhere in life, which is untrue. I also didn't enjoy how the school doesn't take action into serious matters such as racism or student conflicts or the assumption that many of the students live wealthy lives.
