What I liked about Boca Ciega the 4 years I attended here is Mr.Vigue (the principal), he’s very involved and wants to see everyone succeed.
Something that I would love to see change is the food, I don’t think it’s made with much effort and needs a little more quality.
Something else I had a good experience with was the teachers! Majority of the teachers I had I had a good relationship with.
Something that started this year was the class “intro to teaching” and I’m currently in it and love it. We go on field trips to Gulfport elementary and it’s a great experience

Boca Ciega is a school that brought me a sense of community and achievement. My transition to bogie as a sophomore was smooth and welcoming. I have not only thrived but strived in this school. I've had teachers that make me want to be an educator and a student body that makes me feel like I belong. The school is clean, safe, and spirited. I, as a senior, feel prepared and taken care of when it comes to my transition to college. Thank you Boca Ciega!
Throughout my high school experience, I have been deeply involved in my community. The guidance counselors build bridges of opportunity for the students, the teachers motivate the students to learn rather than achieve letter grades, our principle is very involved with the entire student body, and the students are intelligent, friendly, dedicated, and socially active within and outside of the school. The Boca Ciega High School Home of The Pirates is the greatest high school that I know. I will always be proud to be a Pirate! Thank you for the experience Bogie... it's been a wonderful four years.
