My experience in Bnos Leah Prospect Park Yeshiva was an excellent one. What one gets from her classes really reflects the work and effort she invested. There are great opportunities for what one cares about, but it takes effort from you. In that regard, Bnos Leah prepares it's students to face the world and real life; no one hands you anything on a silver platter, but they help make it all possible for you. Extra curricular activities follow this rule as well - if you want it to happen, you have to make it happen, but they will help and guide you along the way.
The education is well-rounded, and if one cares to learn, they will absorb a tremendous amount. The teachers care about each girl individually, and invest time into every student.
Bnos Leah Prospect Park Yeshiva gave me a wonderful high school experience!

Prospect was challenging yet relaxed; intense yet enjoyable. My experience was a pleasurable one. I found that the teachers encouraged warm and close relationships with students, and that the resources available for all kinds of students were offered with great accessibility.
I would love to see my school offer more AP courses, and administer the LOTE exams. As a religious school, they have done an excellent job educating me in my religion. Both the secular and religious curriculum are challenging, but engaging. Extra curricular activities are somewhat limited, but they have a strong emphasis on community service. There are not any sports teams, nor very many academic clubs. However, we do have a debate team, which competes against other all-girls religious Jewish schools.
