I like Blue Ridge because it is a very welcoming environment and as moving there when I was a junior was very helpful. I made many good friends along the way and they were all very nice and kind to take me in as a new student. Blue Ridge is also very spirited at football, baseball, volleyball, and basketball games. They are very good at making it a home environment and are forgiving of students mistakes as everyone makes one or two. I would rate Blue Ridge high 4 stars!

The school was smaller than my previous one in Ohio and offers a 4 block schedule. The staff and faculty of the school are kind and caring. They were always ready to help and care for the students if something goes awry in their school work. They are not afraid to do what is needed for the students to help them learn and create a learning environment for all the students. The music program is quite outstanding having been a part of it. I highly recommend the JROTC program. This program changed my perspective on life for the better. The environment teaches students integrity, leadership, teamwork, and discipline.
The teachers and staff are very welcoming and helpful when it comes to starting at the school. They care to build relationships with students, which overall helps build a better community. They truly care about the student's success and will try anything to get a student where they want to go!
