Blue Mountain was everything and more that I needed as I was in elementary school or middle school, but as I entered high school I craved something much more and I believe that Blue Mountain has gotten me ready for that.
Being that it is a small school, everyone knows everyone. You grow up with the same people and become like a big family. That being said, all families have their arguments and problems, but nothing that can't be handled. You often find high schoolers working with the younger children and using every advantage they can from a small school. There is no cutting from teams for without everyone who tried out, there would be no team at all. There are some disadvantages as well. Less classes offered for there are not many with the requirements to hold a class. However, the classes being taught are no more than 20 kids in a room, giving a great 1 on 1 experience.
