Blessed Francis Seelos Academy Reviews
Rating 3.92 out of 5 12 reviews
Truly love this school. We moved to Seelos after a terrible experience at another local catholic school. This school is welcoming, great teachers, academics are top notch, plethora of resources, great families and community...overall a wonderful school I highly recommend!
Blessed Francis Seelos Academy is an example that Catholic education is thriving! Although we had the option to send our children to the nationally ranked public school in our community, we chose this school for its faith-based education. Our children have received the moral foundation to face the many obstacles in the life. Religion is not just taught at Seelos, but in action! Academically, our children were prepared for high school and appeared to be ahead of their public high school classmates.
My wife was committed to sending our children for a Catholic Education. I was more into the full-day kindergarten than anything.
After many years of having children educated at here, I can tell you that the experience is far different than what I have seen in pubic schools. The parents are incredibly engaged in building a healthy community for the students.
The kids are very nice kids. Academics are at least as good as the school district which Seelos resides within (North Allegheny). Athletics are inclusive and open...and fun.
The cost is far less than what I paid at Day care, and far less than what the School is expending. If you are married to a Catholic and just don't "get-it", trust me..this is a great option.
