Nice teachers who make the class interesting especially 7 Blue teachers and great clubs that you can involve.
I started middle school a few months ago. The only thing wrong was BTA, or Blanchard Theatre Arts. The 6th graders get neglected a lot. When an actor gets their makeup done wrong or something else, other 7th and 8th graders say, "Oh! Was it a 6th grader?" I've seen that happen many times before. Be careful, and if you can't take that stuff, go to Mrs. Sacco, our director. She's very kind. No parents will worry about academics. I'm sure by the time we reach high school, we'll be ready to take on the world. There are many varieties of food as well, like yogurt, salad, fruit gummies, fruit in general, and muffins. Muffins are mostly for breakfast though, and yes, they give out breakfast. Drinks include milk, soda, and water on most days. Our band teacher is really funny too! Lastly, the janitors make the school squeaky clean, so no need to worry about bugs crawling all over the place. Overall, Blanchard Middle School is excellent. I would definitely recommend going there.
I currently am going into seventh grade and I have heard and seen great things the teachers are enthusiastic and love their jobs. they have few issues, the pa's are VERY strict, at least while I am here. I am included in most of the sports and arts programs, I do musicals, band, track.
It definetly doesn’t deserve to be #2 in the state. Firstly, the teachers are a very mixed bag - there are so many phenomenal teachers and then there’s some very hard and mean ones. Most of them prep very well for HS. Secondly, the school is having more and more issues with student behaviors (not too much drugs but some) and fighting is more prevalent. Overall, not terrible I would say pretty good but definitely not the best.
It was tough to start Middle School and I had my share of challenges. Blanchard was so great with my transition from elementry and I'm now graduating 8th grade. They were always there during my struggles socially and with my academics and always helped me through it. I had a wonderful experience.
