At Bishop Heelan Catholic High School I am pushed each and every day to be a better student as well as a better person. Throughout my years here, I have had amazing teachers who will go the extra mile to help each student understand any concepts. I am always greeted with welcoming smiles of the Principal, the Dean, and the School Priest when I enter the school. I am provided a learning space that corresponds and encourages a greater faith, which has been more and more important to me each day. Over the past few years I know I have become a better "me" along my journey at Heelan.
I am a senior at Bishop Heelan Catholic High school, I have been going here since I was a freshmen. I highly recommend this school for everyone. My teachers are amazing, they are very hands on and they really care and want you to the best you possibly can be. The school has a very friendly and welcoming environment. These past years were great not only the academics, but the extracurriculars also, the coaches also strive for us to be very successful in everything that we accomplish. I have my teachers and coaches to thank for helping me get through high school and making me become a better person. I feel very prepared moving onto college.
At Bishop Heelan Catholic High I learned more than just math, English, history, etc. I learned respect, integrity, and most importantly, my faith. At Bishop Heelan the teachers really care. They do everything they can to make sure you're on track in class and ready for what's to come in the future. I made many friendships amongst the teachers that even helped me in my personal life! At Heelan there weren't cliques that left people out and made them feel small. Heelan is known for the students and faculty being a "family." At Heelan, we were always given great opportunities to help out in our hometown or even in other countries to help the poor, or just anyone who needed help. I learned so much by going to a catholic school my entire life and thank my parents for sending me there.
