Birmingham Community Charter High School is a wonderful school. The staff and teachers are very understanding and approachable. Birmingham offers a variety of courses and CTE(Career and Technical Education) pathways for a more specific study of education such as Design/Visual Arts, Patient Care, Business Management, etc. Students are the number one priority in Birmingham, many services such as counseling, the college center(helps students with college information), and free tutoring enables the student to strive great heights. I recommend Birmingham Community Charter High School.

I really enjoy how caring my teachers and counselors are. It has been a great and I cannot be more grateful for such an awesome school. Our sports are outstanding especially the football team this year! The coaches make sure the kids are putting in their work and progressing as students and athletes. As for the teachers, they want what is best for the students.
I was fortunate enough to go to birmingham because it allowed me to receive a quality high school education from various teachers, and I was on the football team in which we won the city championship my senior year, it was one of the best experiences of my life. I believe this high school has so much to offer it’s community and more parents should consider sending their students here if they want them to reach their full potential both academically and athletically, even those who are participants in the visual/media arts departments like music and theater. The administration care for the students here, by helping their out when it comes to class schedules, college applications or simply when we need someone to just talk too. Although my senior year was cut short due to this horrific pandemic occurring in our world currently, I will always cherish my time at birmingham and I’m glad to graduate and be an alumni for life.
