I attend Biloxi Junior High and I am part of the 2018 class that will be the first one to graduate from the new jr high that was built this summer! Biloxi Public Schools built a new $35 Million dollar jr high across the street from BHS. The new JH is beautiful, spacious, and high tech. The teachers here are mainly wonderful and their are many different types of students so there's a friend here for everyone!! Their are many sports programs and clubs at the jr high (through not even near the amount at the high school) I think there could be more club options but their already is plenty. The sports arenas and fields are huge and so so nice and are easy to access, right at the high school. The academics progressively are getting harder, especially in 8th grade, where in Mississippi Studies, Math, Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM) are all for high school credit.

I absolutely loved Biloxi Junior High! It was the place where I found many of my best friends that have really helped me become who I am today. Also, the teachers were all so amazing and great at their jobs!
I attend the new JH and it is a great technological and spacious school. The days are long but the work pays off as I am reading at a 13.0 book level. I am a military child and it is great for people like us. The fighting has reduced tremendously and bullying was such an issue for me last year I contemplated suicide but the counselors there were willing to work with me and now this year I have almost no problems with anyone.
