Billings Middle School Reviews

3 reviews
Now a young adult, I attribute so much of my current success in career, education, and personal attainment to the Billings education. They focus on the specific social and emotional developmental needs for the transition from childhood to adulthood that happens so quickly in middle school. I learned resiliency, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, confidence, empathy, and how to be a lifelong learner at Billings, and have been able to excel compared to my peers ever since - both at Roosevelt Hogh School and in my current career path.

would not recommend it. poor disciplinary system, academics are average although i have loved the science program. I have attended billings for 3 years I am in 8th grade this year. The sports teams are sub optimal except for the ultimate frisbee team which is lots of fun. this year they have been renovating the building so the entire school has been cramped into a campus that is much too small although the campus has never been ideal, no gym no cafeteria but hopefully the new building will improve the current situation. one positive thing i have to mention is the outdoors program, lots of fun, interesting trips and retreats. over all my experience at billings has been ok at best. I would not particularly recommend the school, has some perks but over all not impressed.
Their sports teams are very bad, no lunch room or outdoor field. And the teachers are okay. If your child wants to have a good time for the first middle school experience- I would not recommend your child to go here.
