The education is amazing. There're plenty of resources for those struggling and many teachers that put in time to help them out. Extracurriculars are valued and pretty well budgeted. However, the administration has a huge problem with denial, and often doesn't actually help or acknowledge when students come to them with problems regarding mental health or addiction.
I have enjoyed my time at Bexley High School. Although the academics can be rigorous, I know I am going to be college ready next year. Everyone is very thoughtful and truly cares about you. The teachers are always willing to help you and always have your best interest at heart. In addition, the sports programs are great. All the coaches know what they're doing and make the sports fun while working hard. There is also a great variety of clubs. It is very easy to get involved and join clubs which grant great opportunities and open so many doors.
