The School it’s self is in need of repair, as it is the oldest school in our district, and we are severely over crowded, but on the class and student side of things, we have a lot of people that do drugs in our school, or vape. They do it in either the bathroom, around school grounds when no one is around, or even in class! There are some people that are good, the majority of them being in the JROTC, but that’s only 120 people out of 1,700. We have about 15 portables, and the school just took out two trees so that more could be added right outside of the cafeteria, cuz that what everyone wants to see while they eat. A big portable.

Going to Bethel was a very difficult period in my life. The school was practically falling apart with the ceilings leaking and collapsing and rats in the cafeteria. The only classes that I enjoyed were my science classes. The vast majority of teachers in all other subjects (aside from my AP classes) were not that great and quite difficult for myself and other students to learn from. The students and faculty were very hard to be around, the overall atmosphere of the school was quite depressing and there were many fights. The only thing that really made attending Bethel bearable was being a part of the cheer team. The sport coaches truly did a great job of making Bethel a better place.
Bethel High school is incredibly average. The people and teachers there are amazing. However, the academic portion of the school didn't really seem anything to extraordinary. As a student I wanted more with my education and I wished I felt safer at school. The building itself is a major health hazard to its students. In addition, the safety of the students didn't really seem like a large priority at bethel. There was a lot of bullying and shady activity around bethel.
