I love Benton High School. It is full of caring staff members and extracurricular activities. We have multiple, incredible athletic programs! I would like to see more student spirit and participation from the majority of students but, overall we are filled with pride!

At Benton you have that chance to do many wonderful thing. But due to the sometime lack of encouragement from some of the teachers have, you may feel like there's no real reason to be there. All of the teachers are good at there jobs, but for some of them when you are confused on what there showing you. They help but they just show you thing same steps they did on the bored without changing a thing. But the good thing about Benton is the fine arts, we have the most driven music, theater, and band teachers. They help when your in need even if it's not involving that class. If you just need to talk to someone they will listen. Benton has many up's and down's but I wouldn't want to go to another school.
I liked how when I came into Benton for the first time, I felt very welcoming. The teachers all seemed nice and was very helpful in many ways. They helped me find my classes and many activities to join. They all encouraged me and other students to be involved in one or more sports teams or clubs. As my school years went on, they stopped being strict on how the students acted in class. They rarely do anything about bullying, they just let it go. They may say that they will talk to the bully but it still continues. There is many kids that always distract the other students who are actually trying to learn by talking, making jokes, being irrelevant, or being loud.
