I am an upcoming junior in Bellaire High School and my experience in this school has been delightful and amazing so far! I wish I was still a freshmen with the ability to still enjoy the fresh and academic atmosphere. The teachers are excellent in the ability to develop students academically and spiritually, guiding the students towards success! The students strive to become knowledgeable and at the same time time themselves to become better citizens due to the guidance of the dedicated teachers. As a matter of fact, becoming a part of the Bellaire community and society played a major role in drastically improving myself as a productive, respectful citizen. The school is also expanding to accommodate more incoming students in order to provide a wonderful high school experience from the VERY start! To sum up Bellaire, is the ONLY high school I recommend incoming students and anyone that wishes to keep their high school memory special later on in life. My verdict: Bellaire is a MUST-GO!

I'd appreciate more dual credit classes, no more hall sweeps, and more field trips! Dual credit classes are so helpful for college, and if there were more available, I'd take them in a heartbeat. Hall sweeps seemed like a good idea at first, but honestly, I think it hurts students more than helps them, because students are arriving late to class and missing out on stuff that they would've learned even though they might've been only a minute or 2 late. And field trips are a great break from routine, and I think they'd benefit students a lot, especially on the mental side! Some things I do like are the free lunches in the cafeteria (there's even a salad line, amazing!) and the myriad of clubs and opportunities to speak out or find a place to commit to.
Bellaire overall is a great school. I like that they have a variety of electives, languages and courses. I do think they can upgrade their councilors and the elevators. I have asthma so I have to take the elevator for some classes and one of their elevators is not that great and I even got stuck in it one time. I love their teachers and the teachers I’ve gotten so far have been wonderful! The school bathrooms definitely could use some fixing also. Despite those downfalls Bellaire is awesome!
