Be'er Hagolah Institutes Reviews

I feel as though your academic performance at this school is dependent on the effort you put in. They will not push you to succeed. Their goal is not for you to get into the college you want, but for you to come out a well shaped individual. The teachers, for the most part, are not certified to teach their subjects and majority of the history and science classes were lectures read from a textbook. If you want your child to come out with good values and morals, this school will give that to them. They have classes that teach values and how to make the right decisions (Critical thinking), however their preparing students for state exams needs a lot of work. It is a school with a positive atmosphere and vibe, however, to succeed in academia and attain acceptance to more than a community college it's primarily the extra effort you're willing to put into it (tutoring, extra homework time, etc.)

Be'Er Hagolah Institutes is a private school that teaches you about your religion more than your academic studies. I have attended Be'Er Hagolah Institutes for more or less my whole education, to be honest, I have not learned much. The basic academic studies which include English, math, science, and history were poorly taught. The reason why I say this is because going to college you need some basic understanding of these subjects and not having any is not a good way to start. Starting off college I had to catch up to everything seeing as to how I never learned anything; I had to teach myself. Going through what I went through I would never recommend anyone to send their children to such a poor level of education school. Personally, I would not even send my kids there. I feel that Be'Er Hagolah Institutes can do much better in the academic department, instead of focusing on Jewish history.
I have been in this school since pre-k and I honestly would not have wanted to be anywhere else. Once you enter, you feel like it's your home away from home.
