I enjoy the emphasis on STEM subjects. The teachers I currently have are great! There are several after school clubs, and tutoring is available for most classes after school also. Every student is provided an iPad to use for class assignments.

BSTA is a small public charter school in the middle of a strip mall in Sandy, UT. They stress college preparedness and STEM. They offer AP courses, and concurrent enrollment with SLCC, at a great price per credit. The placement of the school makes it easily accessible by public transportation, and they offer Drivers ED courses with a local company. They do not have a kitchen, and get food sent over by a local public school. BSTA offers no extracurricular sports, and few extracurricular clubs.
I think that for high school students, if you are planning on taking college classes through concurrent enrollment then you should come here through all years of high school as they have the right resources and can set you up with that. But if you are not planning on doing that then I advise that you don't go here through all years of high school.
