Batavia High School is such an amazing school to be a part of. The academics here really challenge the students willing to put in the work while also having great avenues for those who need a little bit more help with school. Either way, Batavia does a pretty good job at preparing students for college and their journey after school. The teachers (with an exception of a few) really care about their students and are always wanting them to succeed. The teachers and counselors also provide great support for students. As someone who was confronted with a few hardships throughout school, I felt comfortable talking with my counselor and I believe they have a good system set up for students who are struggling. As a graduating senior, I really appreciate being able to go to this school. The sports, events, and clubs are very fun and it really feels like people are connected here. I have made so many great memories and met so many great people, all of which I will cherish forever. Go Bulldogs!

Batavia High School is a public school that provides opportunities in both in and out of academics for a student to be successful. The teachers at Batavia High School go beyond the classroom and make connections with those who are struggling and those who are succeeding. The athletic, drama, music, language, and all programs at this high school are exemplary. All students are encouraging to each other, often supporting those who feel they are left out. The school spirit rings through the hallways. Batavia is a community based school and as an alumni of this school, the experiences will stay with me forever. Go Bulldogs!
We transferred jr year from Geneva to Batavia (specifically for their academic program and school spirit) and they made the transition incredibly smooth & pleasant! My daughter came out of her shell at Batavia and was filled with school pride for her Batavia Bulldogs! More importantly, I have told many parent since the switch I wish I’d done it earlier because their academic program is unparalleled! They start in Jr High with college prep, SAT’s and preparing our kids to become adults. What a student completes in on year at other high schools, they complete in one semester. That notion scared us at first but, again, the teachers there made it easy for her/us! The teachers, counselors and staff are always caring, accessible and the communication is top notch!
I am incredibly grateful we made the switch! I am also a very proud Class of 2018 Batavia Bulldog parent!
