BASIS has definitely taught me how to work hard and study hard! but also play hard. I was a part of the first Varsity Volleyball team, and greatly enjoyed the experience as it was added to my academic workload. Not only have I been taught how to work hard but also be proud, and see my teachers be proud, of my accomplishments. My success at BASIS is only due to the wonderful staff, administration, and especially the far-above-average teachers. Instructors are always willing help and put in so much work to make sure their students succeed. I cannot say enough about the amazing teachers at BASIS Flagstaff.

This is a great school for anyone looking for both a safe and friendly environment as well as an extremely high-quality education. The curriculum is mostly focused around AP classes during high school years, making it very difficult, but also very rewarding for those willing to put in enough effort; this also gives students a good amount of exposure to college-level classes. The teachers are friendly and very open to interacting with students on an individual level. The clubs and sports available, while not as much of a focus as the academic aspect, are still plentiful and active. Finally, the student body itself is relatively diverse and large enough to have a good energy on campus while not being so large that the school itself feels small
BASIS Flagstaff is an amazing school full of teachers and administrators that care about the students! Even though you're required to take six AP tests and pass one in order to graduate, the school pays for the tests and by the time you're about to graduate, you've probably taken at least nine or ten! Even though there will be problems that occur, no school is perfect, and they take issues seriously and work hard to resolve them!
