The principal and administration are outstanding and always help me when I need it. The heads of departments are awesome as well, as are most of the teachers. There are a few kerfuffles, but for the most part, this school rocks! It's stressful, but it's worth it to be with other people who have the same interests as me. Through my experience here, I feel as though I have grown a lot in my area of study and I have grown into a more responsible person.

Barbara Ingram School For the Arts was a great experience for me overall. If you are passionate about any of the arts forms that this school has to offer, then I definitely tell you to audition. They academics can be rigorous at times, but they prepare you well for college. The arts and academic teachers are always there to help you whenever you need it! This school supports you in all that you do and they give will give you some amazing opportunities that you will remember for a long time!
Barbara Ingram's is a great school. The location is not the best, as we're located in downtown Hagerstown, but there are police to provide protection and all students besides Seniors are always escorted by an administrator. Barbara Ingram's is an accepting and creative school, and the teachers are very compassionate and happy to help. I've excelled at this school because teachers actually care about you. The only complaint I have is the lack of discipline, and of course, there is always still bullying and cliques.
