The school does everything in its power to support athletics. However, the limited amount of interested students makes it hard to run sports teams. We have had successful girl's basketball teams that won the state championship and decent boy's basketball teams. In the past, we have had volleyball and soccer. Although the school doesn't have sophisticated athletic facilities, it makes sure students get the right equipment and facilities by renting them in other locations. School spirit is very high. Everyone gets caught up in the excitement of rooting for the basketball teams.

Because the average class size is three people, students from all grades become close, almost like family. The small size enables more student teacher interaction, and the teachers always make time to help the students if need be. Everyone is friendly and caring. However, the small number of students also makes the amount of possible extracurricular programs limited (ex: a soccer team that needs 11 players).
The school building is very beautiful and clean. We don't have much technology, but our guidance counselor is always willing to help. Tutoring is available to those who need it, and the parents tend to be involved. We are given advice on colleges and test prep when the time comes. There are no buses because of the small number and wide distribution of students.
