I could not be happier with our Bancroft experience! My children are academically-challenged and nurtured by teachers who truly care about each student. The school's approach to education is cutting-edge; my kids aren't just learning facts and skills, they're applying them to real-world projects all the time! Bancroft does a really good job teaching character and leadership, and I see the kindness and compassion my kids are learning at Bancroft transfer over to their time outside of school. And the specials classes can't be beat! My children have access to stellar art, drama, robotics, music, library, foreign language, and cultural opportunities. Thanks to Bancroft, my kids are hard-working, academically-advanced, kind, well-rounded, engaged with their community, and really, really excited to go to school each day!

I would highly recommend Bancroft School to anyone interested in attending a private high school. Bancroft markets itself as a college-preparatory day school, and it excels in that mission. Highly rigorous classes start from the lowest grades. I started in freshman year, and my classmates and I were all placed into challenging courses that pushed us to our limits. That said, we never had too much trouble thanks to the excellent teachers. Clubs are all wonderful, as are are the arts, particularly theatre and visual. The ultimate goal of Bancroft is of course college-readiness, and it excels in that. In addition to high-rigor classes, juniors and seniors are required to take part in a college advisory class which guides students through the Common App, college decisions and visits, scholarship, applications, and the works.

Overall, Bancroft has been an indispensable experience and I would heartily recommend it to anybody who asked.
Bancroft School encourages each student to find their interests and learning style so they can be successful in life beyond high school. The students feel safe to make mistakes, and the faculty supports the kids along their journey. It is a wonderful, warm, caring place!
