My experience at Bamberg Ehrhardt High School has been great and very insightful. I was very unsure of myself, when I entered high school. But now as a senior; I can say BEHS helped me find my way. Starting with the teachers, they help you even when you don’t think, you need help. It doesn’t have to be about academics, sometimes if you want to just talk about life. It’s always a teacher there to lend they ear and advice. Next, is the students, I think they surprises me the most. Because they wasn’t as cruel as television say they are, instead they were mentors to me and i looked up to them. I found myself talking to everyone and not just limiting myself to a group of people. That really helped my confidence and how I felt about myself. The students were accepting me, not because of how I looked but by my personality. I loved it. I wouldn’t change anything about Bamberg Ehrhardt High School. Well... Maybe the lunch.

I would like to see a big change in the acceptance of individuality. The school overall is great academically but students don't get to express themselves fully because we are limited by dress codes. Also, during our graduation we aren't allowed to have it outside or decorate the caps that we paid for because it's not considered as "classy"
This school academic standing is the best in it's surrounding counties. They prepare their students to be successful in college and give them countless opportunities to jump ahead in their college life. It's up to the students make use of them. Overall the school is great, but they need some work on their cultural rules.
