BSGE is a very very good high school. You will learn a lot from the rigorous coursework and high expectations. To all the middle school students who are considering this high school, I would definitely recommend it. The teachers are very respectful, nice, and caring. However, the coursework load can be really demanding, but it is manageable. As you go higher in the grade, you will face different types of challenges and learn new things from all your classes. You will need to work hard, sometimes you have to give it your all. You will find this school to be very rewarding!
Baccalaureate School for Global Education can best be described as an academically rigorous and competitive environment that challenges the uniquely diverse student body and staff members to strive for the best. As an International Baccalaureate (IB) School, BSGE provides an IB curriculum and the opportunity for students to graduate high school with an IB diploma- a diploma that marks the completion of high-level college courses for high school students. With that said, the school could use more funding to improve the building management, renovations, and facility upgrades. There is a potential to improve on sports programs and expanding staff but nevertheless, BSGE strives to provide the best high school experience that is fun, safe, and memorable. All in all, the high quality education is something that will be worth it and the IB courses that are provided are enriching and pushes students academically.
Amazing school with a great IB diploma program and rigorous academics. While the teachers are extremely passionate about their subjects (obviously with a few exceptions; not all teachers are perfect), choices of extracurricular programs and academic courses are quite limited due to small budget. Building is also somewhat small and lacks certain facilities, such as a gymnasium, but the benefit of this is that the school population is small and therefore students get individualized attention from teachers and from the amazing college counselor (who goes above and beyond in order to ensure the success of his students). Overall would highly recommend!
