Azalea Middle was a nice school, but nothing too special. I felt safe, educated, and prepared there, so all of the basics were covered. The orchestra experience was by far the most rewarding, as I discovered my love for music and made supportive friends. I was very saddened to leave the school since it was such a comfortable place.

The school seems more like a prison than anything. There are no mirrors in the bathrooms, the school needs an overhaul, the principal was awful, they punished good kids with suspension after one infraction, didn't update 504s, never let you into the school past the front office... its like what are they hiding.
I shouldn't even rate this school at 1 star, it's not worth the 1 star. Thank Goodness the principal is retiring and won't be their for the fall 2017-2018 time frame. I pray the case worker doesn't lie and have an I.E.P meeting without me being present, which happened like4-5 times last year.
