Avenues provides families with a world-class education personalized to meet the needs of each student, including opportunities to collaborate with classmates in over 25 countries around the world. Our students create customized course schedules and responsive learning plans, working under the guidance of expert faculty. We've been a part of the Avenues community since our daughter began nursery school in NYC. This year, when work required a move halfway around the planet, we were thrilled to seamlessly shift into the virtual campus at Avenues Online and maintain our daughter's trajectory in a familiar - albeit, now digital - format. Not having to worry about how to provide for our daughter's education was a gift. Moving's stressful enough, so there was tremendous peace of mind knowing that her schooling was something we wouldn't have to worry about. The one-to-one interactions with her instructors were fantastic. There's no doubt she engaged with the project work and looked forward to speaking with her teachers about it all. What we'd like next time: more peer-to-peer connectivity. Perhaps this is part of the trade-off that comes with the flexibility since every family will be looking for something particular to their situation. With an improved social component, we'd give it 5 stars.

Review Avenues The World School - Online

Avenues online has truly been a wonderful experience. The teachers are simply incredible, they try and push you to be the best student possible for every class and project that we do, which has allowed me to progress way faster than I ever thought. The different projects that we do have stretched my thinking in many different ways, and have allowed me to learn about different topics that I have never studied before, allowing me to improve my understanding on a wide variety of subjects. I would suggest this program to anyone, whether you are specialising in an activity outside of school that limits you flexibility for in person classes, or just want to try out a different form of learning, I would recommend Avenues Online to anyone!

The avenues online school is one of the best online programs! It has taught me so much from everyday tools to academic wise. I love how you can travel the world and join school from anywhere as long as you do your asynchronous homework. You get to meet new people and learn new things. There isn’t any school on Fridays, only homework, which I just love. This gets you to finish your homework without any stress!
