This is only from a parents perspective, and one who has never sent any kids to a private school.
I thought there would be more outward bound communications from teachers. Such communication could be accomplished via more outward phone calls, or emails from teachers, or even more open houses. It just seems there needs to be more communication with parents on how the students are doing.
I would encourage the school to produce monthly newletters, facebook updates, etc. Anything to share the good news of what's happening. Have the kids perform these social posts with the teachers assistance.
I'd also like to see the school more integrated with the tennis program. There should be classroom instruction, possibly lead by one of the tennis coaches, on mental preparation, tennis strategy, rules of the game, etc. There's so many possibilities to gain tennis knowledge in a classroom setting. I'd like to see more of this type of instruction weaved into the school.

ATA strives for excellence. Though everyone enters at different levels of academics, athletic abilities, life experiences, maturity.... through challenging daily schedules, practices, team building, leadership insightfulness, and thought provoking dialogue and study most students are guided to fulfill a higher bar of expectation. It’s not all about the sport of tennis but using that platform to produce strong members of society encouraged to make a difference in this world.
