Everyone is wonderful and it is a safe and great school. There is a lot of school spirit and enjoyment during homecoming week. They hire wonderful teachers that really care about there job and the students in it. The school provides many opportunities to discover what you like. The school provides ag classes, welding and wood working, business classes, Spanish and many more. The school encourages extracurricular activities such as clubs, sports and theatre. AHS is a great place to be a student!
Atlantic High School is an amazing school apart of an amazing district. Going to school here was such a good experience for myself. I met some amazing advisors who have helped me achieve my goals. Our principle is one of a kind! Our guidance center is also a huge help for students who need someone to talk to, who needs advice, or a person like myself. My parents did not attend college, so when it comes to applying for schools, and scholarships it is nice to have the extra help that is offered.
I am currently a senior at Atlantic High School. Over these past few years I have been attending, I have been able to gain a lot of life lessons, while getting a personal education. There are several issues that have come up over the years, but overall I would still consider this school better than most when it comes to safety, the amount of opportunities provided, and education overall. If you are looking for a smaller school that is personal and friendly, this is the place for you.
