My high school experience was nothing like I imagined it to be. Like most of us we probably thought it was going to look very similar to a high school musical, and well it doesn't,at all. We do though have an amazing student government, and student leadership all throughout the campus. Since our campus is so small, everyone is friends with everyone and I find that very comforting when going to school. We have a Cambridge style curriculum which can be very challenging at times. In the Cambridge curriculum it is constantly testing your college readiness, for example in my Cambridge Biology course we were at the same level as Bio 101 at many universities, based on the curriculum we were learning. With such a challenging curriculum the teachers are there for you every step of the way and they care for you and your grades. They want you to succeed so they set you up with great resources to help you do so. I'm a senior and I feel confident going into college with the tools I've gained.

ASU Preparatory Academy-Phoenix High School is an amazing k-12th grade charter school for those wanting to push themselves to help allow them succeed and set them up for a prosperous future. ASU Preparatory helps the students flourish and develop a strong character. I have attend ASU Preparatory Academy since I was in the fourth grade and I have to say that ASU Prep has most definitely helped develop who I am and how I view college and the future as something of greater significance compared to how I viewed it before. As you would proceed into high school, the school pushes you to take more difficult and challenging courses that will make you college bound ready. I would very much suggest that parents would place their child at ASU Prep for the best possible education that the state of Arizona can offer. Definitely a five start rated high school.
ASU Preparatory Academy is a great school! However, I believe that they can challenge their students more. I wish they had offered the opportunity for me to take college courses or at least expose me to programs that would have helped me get ahead in college. I was unaware about college credit programs due to the lack of information the school provided me. Overall a good school.
