Since its founding in 2001, Aspire River Oaks Charter School (ROCS) prepares students for a diverse and changing world as we meet each students’ academic, social, and emotional needs, build community, and provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students, families, and staff members.

The River Oak’s diverse staff, families, and community members are actively involved and are dedicated to the intellectual, personal, social-emotional, and physical growth of students. Our highly qualified staff recognizes the value of professional development in order to rigorously challenge and support students. Our equitable teaching practices are both reflective and responsive to the individual needs of our students and their communities. Through diversified experiences, our students tap into their creativity, discover their potential, achieve readiness for higher education and careers, grow in self-awareness and succeed in an environment where all feel heard and valued.
