Arvida was a great place to spend 3 years, people in the office are often slow and irritated but aren't bad. Teachers give a lot of busy work and packets. Because there are so man field trips teachers are often gone and the substitutes are the worst they're all grumpy and irrational and need to retire. The teachers for high school classes are all very nice and understanding. Food is mediocre. Counselors are nice but often unavailable. There are great kids and an upbeat environment. I wouldn't choose any other middle school over it even with all the flaws.

i am a student at Arvida and i have never felt so welcomed at any other school. The people there are very decent, teachers are very involved with students which makes the learning fun. Arvida is a great school and i'm very thankful to all my teachers and counselors. It feels nice to have people that relate to you. going into middle school was scary but there is nothing to be afraid of because this school is just awesome!!
Now being a sophomore in high school I look back at my days at Arvida and I truly miss it. Most times I wish I could go back. My teachers were absolutely phenomenal, and have helped me become the responsible young adult (and future pediatrician) I am today.
