Completing my whole 4 years of school there, I'd say that it was a very memorable experience. Although there can be some improvements physically, the whole feel and atmosphere are great, the teachers are nice, especially the Japanese teacher and most of the faculty as well. Overall a wonderful experience and I would spend my whole High School there again if I could!

As a current Junior, I really enjoy my time at Artesia High School. One of the best parts about this school is the teacher's and administration's involvement in the student's college preparation. Our Student Union provides a tremendous amount of help in terms of applying for financial aid, learning more about different colleges, and applying for scholarships. In addition to that, it is also a fantastic environment for studying and tutoring. As for things I would like to see in the future, I hope that our school's club's will engage in more activities and that our overall school spirit will increase in terms of attending dances, attending games, and participating in school wide events such as spirit days.
My experience at Artesia High School has been very good. AHS is a great school because there’re many school events to keep students involved and engaged, a lot of help with applying to college, tutoring on every subject, applying for scholarships, FAFSA, etc. The only downfall about AHS is that there’re many students who need help academically or mentally but they don’t know that because they don’t really take the time to check up on them. This results in the students bottling up all their feelings and eventually they let it all out by getting into fights, giving up in school, etc.
