I went to Angelo Rodriguez Highschool starting in my sophomore year. The school has been overall postitive to me, however there are some glaring negatives I have experienced, mainly with the administration of the school. The teachers are caring and some are passionate about their jobs, however the admins are a different beast. They are seemingly lifeless and uncaring for students, and treat them unfairly under all circumstances, not giving students room to improve rather bashing them. However, besides aministration, the overall school is great for students who wish to further their education.

In my 4 years of attending Angelo Rodriguez High School, I had a memorable time. My Freshman year was very welcoming and the learning environment in RHS makes it a lot easier to adjust into a new setting. My sophomore and Junior years were full of great teachers, athletic memories and achievements, and time well spent learning new languages, life skills, and making new friends. As my time at the school closes, I have nothing bad to say about it, and I would recommend the school to anyone who is searching for a place to make longlasting friendships, learn new things from the great and energetic staff, and experience school spirit and culture in an ameliorated way. RHS has a myriad of amenities, resources, and facilities that make student life easier, and the general safety of the school is up to par with what one would want a school to have.
I love many of the teachers at Rodriguez. All are very helpful and try to work with students to continue down the college path or help them get on the path to college. Rodriguez has a very active principal who is at almost every single school event. At Rodriguez, the bathrooms are likely the worst about the campus, as they can get fairly dirty, and for some reason, some of the bathrooms are locked, limiting the number of bathrooms that can be used at one time, creating long lines to the point where you cannot go before a class starts.
