Andrean is an amazing College prep school. This is the perfect school for some one who wants to be challenged, academically. Andrean offers honors, AP and dual credit classes. Even though the class can be difficult at times, there is always help available. Teachers offer after school study sessions and their are student tutors in the library. Also one thing I like about Andrean is the diversity. Lately, Diversity has been successfully educating us about all ethnic groups. This school is predominantly Caucasian, so a club for minorities to share their experiences is awesome. One thing Andrean could do better with is listening to their students. Sometimes teaching styles are compatible with students learning styles. I know some classes can be difficult, but the majority of students shouldn't have poor grades.
Andrean High School brought me my closest friends, and the chance to better myself academically and through volleyball. I was provided with amazing volleyball coaches who pushed me to be a better player and we ended up winning state. I feel included and cared for by all of my teachers. Andrean really cares about you as a person, and making Andrean a safe and inclusive community for all.
Personally I love the environment of the school. The education I receive at the school makes me feel more confident to go to college l. I know that Andrean has prepared me academically for college. Also the food is the extremely delicious. There's such a variety to choose from. Everyday there is a selection of hot food, salads, wraps, chips, fruit snacks, cookies, and severs beverages. I would definitely recommend sending your child to Andrean High School the experience they deserve.
