I have gone through many schools in my lifetime due to the fact that my father is in the Air Force. This means that I have had plenty of experiences and overall, Andover is simply average. The reason I say this is because our high school is focused on all the wrong things. Recently we spent, I believe, 2,000 dollars on an inflatable tunnel for the football boys to run through...for thirty seconds. Why? Why could we not have spent this money on something more important? Perhaps better equipment for the speech and debate team. Along with that, why do we shout the achievements of our sports teams but not our academic teams? I have heard a total of three things about our academic teams (who always perform above average), however, they are not hesitant to shout the small achievements of the football and baseball team. On the flip side, Andover is upgrading their school in the next few years. Hopefully, with this change, Andover will be able to improve itself and it's priorities.

Andover has been a very positive influence on my education and life. I have met lifelong friends, been very involved, and have had a great chance to learn in a very suitable environment. The counselors are very nice and accommodating to your needs and will help you pick classes to best prepare you for the next stage in your life. Sporting events are the best part of school, especially when you’re not playing. Student section is very loud and involved in the community and the games. All in all, Andover has been an amazing place to grow up and to attend school.
Andover was a pretty good school. I felt safe going into my school everyday. Teachers are pretty willing to help students when they need the help. One thing that I liked at Andover was the opportunities to take duel credit classes! That would be one thing that I wish I started sooner!
