Americas High School was an amazing place that allowed me to grow and find my passion. As a student coming transferring from another Socorro ISD school, Americas gave me opportunities that the other school never gave me. Americas gave me stability and tradition. They allowed me to fee pride in wearing my letterman around El Paso, and always had inclusive clubs/sports. The people were also very different. I moved into an environment that the competitive in a very healthy way. I challenged against some of the most hardworking and talented classmates. I would like to see that the staff take some of the more serious accusations seriously and not dismiss them in favor f where one of the parties remains uncomfortable in their school day. I also believe that a lot of the teachers are deserving of a little bit more time. They were always in need to go to meetings every morning on top of being available for tutoring and making sure they are up to date with their grading/classwork.

Americas High school is a great school with excellent administration. They encourage and push students to do their very best and they truly prepare you for the real world. Students have a competitive attitude towards grades which is a reason why Americas is ranked one of the highest schools in the district. There is always a positive attitude throughout the school, all students get along with each other creating a safe environment. Of course there have been small issues but Americas' administration took care of it immediately and properly. All clubs, activities, and sports are proven to be one of the top ranks overall, for example out football team. Overall Americas is the true definition of a trailblazer and leadership as all students and faculty push to go above and beyond.
I really love that this school has a lot of school spirit all round and great teachers everywhere that really care to help out a student in need! I have been involved in sports since freshman year and it is definitely something you need to be a part of here at this school in order to get the full experience which is amazing. As well as any person you meet is really nice and helpful there is no sign of bullying anywhere on this campus which is truly remarkable for a high school. I would not trade my high school years for anything, this school has something really unique about it which I am obsessed with and so great fun for everyday when I step on campus. My fellow students have also pushed me in every possible way to be better everyday the academics are very challenging in this school, everyone is on top of their grades all the time!
