I love the teachers at American Preparatory Academy. They genuinely care for all students. They are flexible and are willing to work with any problem students have and are respectful of student ideas. They teaching style utilizes student participation and uses unique ways to help students learn and memorize different terms and concepts.. The teachers are knowledgable in the subject they teach, most going above and beyond to ensure students receive and understanding of all ideas and concepts. They work hard to make sure all students succeed even though the school is rigorous and fast paced.

This school has really changed my life for the better. It has taught me how to deal with extremely large homework loads and has helped improve my prioritizing skills. It has given me leadership opportunities on its Ambassador Council, and has helped me develop my views of the world. The teachers are amazing and the curriculum is well developed. The only negative aspects of the school is the 3-5 hour a night homework load and the lack of clubs.
Not too many safety measures are in place but there are drills in the case of natural disasters or school shootings. There are also locked doors and security cameras, and visitors must sign in to the school.
