American Leadership Academy Reviews
I would like to see students be able to move as quickly as they can in English and Math instead of having to stay with their grade. If they are gifted in an area, it would be nice for them to be able to have a pathway that allows them to move more quickly forward.
I would like to see more education on mental health (like suicide prevention and knowing your self worth).
I love that the students learn about the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Great soft people skills will serve them their entire lives, so any more emphasis on people skills I highly support!
The staff are top notch, and their jobs seriously. The teachers put in so much time in making their program successful and stand out.
My daughter looks forward to going to school, and thrives in the ALA atmosphere. She has been able to make lifelong friends, and grow in academics and fine arts. She has been afforded many opportunities at ALA that otherwise would not have existed in a public school setting. The teachers are great to make themselves available to a child wanting additional help.
The administration goes above and beyond at supporting their staff, and making sure each students experience is of importance and of value to them. The administration is quick to respond to parent concerns, and is highly attentive to the needs of my child.
We've had a great experience at ALA. I wish my older children would have been able to go to ALA.
