Life at Allen High School is vibrant to say the least! Teachers are always going out of their way to help struggling students while administration takes an interest in seeing students perform at their best. Based on this balanced system, Allen High School will continue to grow in an upward trajectory!
Although Allen High School goes to such extents, I would like to point out some improvements that could be made. Since construction has started, students seem to have trouble with the traffic flow in the hallways. From a photo stand point, it looks like a bunch of sardines making their way throughout the halls. I hope that when construction is finished this problem will dissipate.
Allen High School has an effect on every student that attends, but personally my experience so far has been a great one!

Allen High School is a pretty great place! It's huge for a high school (my graduating class was about 1550), so it's really difficult to get into and stay in the top 10% (if class rank is important to you). The class size is still good, though, and the size of the school allows for students to pursue interest in just about anything. It even had a men's volleyball team and rugby team when I went. Overall, it's a great school, and the most distinguishing factors of the school are its size and, of course, the football team/stadium.
Even though Allen High is a VERY big school, they do a fantastic job of making sure the classes are limited to about 20 kids. Also, they have a lot of amazing clubs for every interest. Our football program is out the roof amazing, know for our 56-0 winning streak from 2012-2015, our team has only lost one game in the last four years. Yes, Allen High's graduating class is almost 1500 kids, but i promise they will have more than enough tools and programs to be successful. Our Arts program is also amazing, with one of the only Jewelry making programs in the county we are equipped with tools to melt, mold, bend, and saucer metals as we please! With our sciences we have plenty of programs to help simulate real worlds. With clinical's, EMT, and Pharm tech, your child has a chance to get a CNA, an EMT (assistants) and Pharmacy tech degree before he/she graduates high school! Allen isn't just a big school, its a family, and i love it here.
