As grandparents of several students at Algoma Christian , it has been wonderful to be involved in the school sports, classroom activities, and other volunteer opportunities. We've been privileged to know teachers and other staff members personally. The dedication of staff members is unbelievable!

Our family has been a part of this school since 2002 and the consistency of the teachers exposing a biblical worldview in all subjects is key for a solid foundation for our kids. The teachers consider this their mission field and do a great job at cultivating a desire to learn in the students. The student to teacher ratio is awesome! The athletic programs are great too! Wonderful school in northern Kent county.
I received a great education here. The teachers really challenge you to strive for good grades and actually understand the material you are learning. The only downside to this school is the culture. It is not diverse at all; it definitely is one of those small town tight knit communities where everyone knows everyone. Also there is not a lot of opportunities for extracurricular activities, clubs, or dual enrollment.
