I have thoroughly enjoyed my high school experience! I love all the employees and students that make it up; and I know that each teacher has a true passion for their students. I love my school and how amazing it is. The only thing that could be improved is the communication from faculty to parents. Other than that this school is a wonderful school and I have had such wonderful experiences here.

Alexander Central High School is an awesome school. The principals are strict, but also approachable if you have a problem. All the teachers and counselors are very nice and help you in every way they can. Becky Dupuis was my biology teacher, and she is the best teacher I think you could possibly ever have. The entire school is great. If the school would have more money it would be even better, because they could have faster and more reliable technology. I truthfully wouldn't change anything. Alexander Central High School is a great high school.
Academics isn't the priority, but there are some departments that shine. The CTE classes do pretty well and looks to have pretty good things to learn by what they do. The music department is great in their top ratings of superior in both band and chorus. But core classes are pretty spotty and it depends on the teachers you get. Science doesn't seem that great with the exception of maybe three teachers and social studies. English is pretty consistent with each teacher who actually knows in depth of what they're teaching or reading. Math is okay since they can actually do math, but some times their teaching isn't the best fitting for students. Because of this spottiness in good teachers, workload depends on if the teacher cares enough to actually teach than have students pass. AP Teachers are pretty popular because they care about what they're teaching and go in depth about their lessons and their passion shows. Special study options are available like online classes and independent studies, however that is up to the student is they are best fitted for that learning opportunity than being taught in a regular classroom.
