Good school, too focused on sports we aren't even good at. Teachers are good but administration is week, they lack communication with students. Often times money is poorly spent on unnecessary items while text books are falling apart. Have had an okay experience, but can't wait to leave.

Many people think life in a small school is boring, but quite a lot goes on in the walls of Alburnett. The minds of so many great students help to put on exciting school and community events. The nice thing about a small school is you're able to know not just everyone in your own class, but almost everyone in the whole high school. I wish more clubs were offered, but I understand it's hard to with a limited staff and advisers.
I love Alburnett High School. It is a small school, which makes it great to know everyone and become close with them. It is a very good one-one teacher experience to help all students become successful. Albunett School is unique because you start in Kindergarten and finish as a Senior without switching to a different school with new people. It is a very family oriented school and everyone is there for you through hardships and in times of celebration. My very experience at Alburnett would be playing sports. At a small school we play sports as a team. We never let anyone down or let anyone down. We work together to become better which makes all of our sports teams achieve goals.
