I attended Albert Einstein Academy (AEA) for 6th-8th grade, 9th-10th grade, and returned in 11th grade. I am now a senior and I am very happy I switched back to AEA. It's a small school but it really makes an effort to touch all its students and make sure everyone feels included. No matter what the color of your skin is, what gender you identify as, your age, or your grades, AEA makes sure you feel welcome and important. With the pandemic, most schools have struggled to find a balance between online and in-person lessons. Thankfully AEA was able to make sure online students and in-person students all received the same lesson at the same time. Albert Einstein Academy is not perfect, but it is the best school for me and I do not regret attending. I defiantly recommend this school for people who want to find themselves or get away from bullies. Its a great escape and will only benefit you in the end.
My experience at Albert Einstein Academy was great. There are a lot of teachers that are willing to go out of their way and make time to help their students. With every pro there is a con the con to Albert Einstein Academy is that the school is so individualized that we can fall behind in the material that we need to learn. Myself as well as other students sometimes feel unprepared and overwhelmed when it comes to going to college, but we also have the resources and education that we need to get by.
It was a great school experience. I went here from the 6th Grade to my Senior Year. Despite this, most of what made me enjoy the school was the other students. The school system it’s self has very little resources, and doesn’t have much of what makes a high school experience, like sports teams, and facilities. Despite this the school has a close knit nature and it has a great sense of community.
