Agora is a wonderful school, it provides many opportunities for students ranging from a wide selection of courses such as AP, IB, or College prep. This school does a fantastic job at providing a class education as an online school. I have never had any troubles with teachers and they are all super nice and sweet. If you have a concern about how colleges with feel, I am here to tell you I am attended a really good college next year, there is no need to worry! One negative I will say is that there is a fair amount of technical issues and they can become a pain to deal with. Other than that this is a great school!
What I loved about Agora Cyber Charter school is that it was always safe, fun, educational and convenient. When I'm in a online classroom, I always feel like I'm there in the classroom physically, but sometimes I'm wearing my pajamas and eating breakfast at the same time. Teachers are very helpful and supportive and they always try to make sure that you are paying attention, because if you dont, then the parent would get a phone call. Sometimes teachers and students would get on webcam and it made me feel even more involved. I even loved how Agora had Agora Days Out ( ADO's ), which are trips for people in the school to go out to different exhibits and attractions to explore, learn and discover new things! Sometimes I would see my teachers and classmates physically, and it can be funny because we dont think we'll see each other in person, but sometimes we get surprised because we actually do see each other. Awesome school! My mother was even given the opportunity to be vice president!
Agora Cyber Charter School is an amazing school for students who are in the home schooling field. The teachers provide such a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. They help struggling students, are fair, take student feedback, communicate, and are mindful of students work load. It’s much more of a freedom based school that can let students achieve their dreams. With the access of the asynchronous path, it lets students explore the world more and take charge in their responsibilities. If you are looking for your child to do online school, Agora cyber charter is really an excellent choice, and I’d highly recommend.
