Middle school years are a hard transition. Adams Middle school has supported my children, they have amazing teacher, diversity and culture. They prepare kids for the transition to high school and keep them college minded. We feel so fortunate to be at Adams and in the RBUSD.
I loved the classes and their block system. Although difficult at first, I found that the block system allowed my professors to go more in-depth in the material and it helped me prepare for the longer classes I would have to attend in college.
The teachers are really proud of the neighboring high school RUHS. A lot of school spirit and lots of the teachers are really nice and active but the academics was too easy and lenient. Didn't prepare students for high school. The students are very inappropriate and the counseling isn't very good. Would be better if the students had better relations with each other and the academics were actually harder in the "honors" classes. The math club was great though!
