Acceleration is an exceptional school. The teachers really care about your learning experience and will make accommodations so the students will learn as much as possible. The bell schedule is different from a regular high school. Instead of forty-five minutes in each class, you will have an hour and thirty minutes. With this being said, you only have four classes a day. Even and odd days (odd days include your 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th block while even includes your 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th block). The teachers care about making sure everyone is successful in whatever career path the students decide. They do a great job supporting and leading us in the right direction. It is honestly unlike any other school I've heard about.
Good school. Students are cared for, never seen bullying or any other problems of that magnitude. Teachers are good, classes are small and the staff knows every student. It’s a small school, it has its pros and cons. We have no sports teams, and only a few clubs, but we have guaranteed safety and comfort as we know if we have a problem there will be someone who will help. Lunch is also better than most schools I’ve been to.
Acceleration Academy Is such an amazing high school, it let us be focused on our studies and gave us many opportunities for advancement like being able to graduate in 3 years and also have programs such as Dual enrollment and Tech.
