Washington State University Reviews

I have enjoyed my time in the program as a global campus student. Only complaint I have is lack of guidance from my temporary advisor. So far a great program! Love the availability of courses each semester, makes sure you check to see what’s available when especially if you want to fast track your program.

It's a very small town with not much to do (outside of outdoor/summer activities) other than attend the football games. There is good financial and mental health support for graduate students with an active graduate student association advocating for graduate student concerns when they are voiced. If you get easily depressed by the winter (s.a.d.) or cannot live with lack of snow removal beyond throwing some sand down on top, this probably isn't the location for you. The university is great, but the location leaves much to be desired. The townies despise the university and its students, yet they rely on the university as one of the two top employers in the community.
The MBA program is online with great professors and motivated students. WSU has no brick and mortar MBA program; they went exclusively on-line about 8 years ago, so they know on-line learning. WSU Biz School has an application process that was easy with a no GMAT option for experienced professionals.
